Reese Witherspoon and her significant other say they are separating her after almost 12 years of marriage.

The entertainer maker and her significant other, Hollywood specialist Jim Toth, declared their separation Friday in a joint proclamation on Instagram. Their wedding commemoration is Sunday.

“It is with a lot of care and thought that we have settled on the hard decision to separate,” the post said. “We have partaken in such countless magnificent years together and are pushing ahead with profound love, benevolence, and shared regard for all that we have made together.”

Witherspoon and Toth have one child together and they said he remains their greatest need, requesting protection.

The assertion’s genuineness was affirmed by a Witherspoon delegate. No records of separation documenting could be found in Los Angeles Predominant Court.

Witherspoon was recently hitched to entertainer Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two kids.
